Completing my Honours in Industrial Psychology at North-West University was an enriching and transformative journey. The programme not only deepened my understanding of human behaviour in the workplace but also equipped me with practical skills through comprehensive psychometric training. Under the guidance of experienced lecturers and supervisors, I developed a strong foundation in administering, scoring, and interpreting various psychometric assessments ethically and effectively. This experience inspired me to register as a psychometrist, with the goal of contributing meaningfully to employee development and organisational success. It has prepared me to apply psychological principles in real-world settings with confidence and professionalism.
